Haven’t had the roof installed yet, but I really appreciate his bidding process and his honesty. Looking forward to having him install our roof.

Friendly and knowledgeable, but I did feel like my job was very low on their list. I hired them to replace a leaking skylight; he came out and gave me a bid, which I accepted, for a custom size to fit the existing space. It was clear that the work would be scheduled when the unit had been received. All well and good, but when it actually arrived the issues started. Long story short, evidently the unit got misplaced or something and they had to order it again! I had to wait nearly three months for the install to finally happen. On the plus side, when I called to express concern at the weight of the water building up between the layers of the old one, they did come out and drill through the top layer to release the pressure, at no additional cost. So four stars – great customer service but lacking a level of organization. Who loses a skylight?

Very professional, great work! Refused to accept a penny from me until the job was complete & I was totally satisfied. I’d recommend Krown Roofing to anyone. They were about lower mid-range on their bid. I know you can find less expensive Roofers but I doubt you’ll find better!

I could not recommend this company enough. First, they were extremely responsive when I called them. The owners son came out so he could give me an estimate and answer my questions. He noticed that we had a shingle coming loose and said he would repair it. I called a few days later when I got the estimate (more on that in a moment). I happened to mention the shingle and asked to hire them to at least repair that in the meantime, only to find out that he had already been to our house on a Saturday and fixed it! He also inspected the rest of the roof just to make sure there weren’t any other repairs that needed to be made. Mind you, not only did he not charge us for this service, but this was before we had even agreed to hire them for the full installation. Their bid was unbelievably reasonable and affordable. They showed up at 8 in the morning with at least 7 workers and finished the entire roof in one day (for reference we have a 3500 square foot house with a fairly large roof). The roof is perfect. I could not be happier with their service and would highly recommend them to anyone. In fact, not only have three other houses in my neighborhood used them, but I have told everyone I can to use them for any roof/gutter needs.

Our 21 year old roof in Kirkland needed replacing. I had three estimates, and Krown came in lower than the other two. Out of the three visits, Mike was the one who had vision, knew exactly what needed to be done, assessed the moisture in the attic correctly, explained the process in great detail, and offered the best warranty. So, we went with Krown. We could not be happier. My wife and I are thrilled with the job. Once we settled on Mike, he had us booked out a week later. His team showed up on time and as planned. In two days, the job was completely finished, including a solar tube, new bathroom and microwave vents, gutters, and NW appropriate Leaf Relief gutter guards. Mike was around throughout, and installed the solar tube. He was back the next day after the job was done, personally inspecting the work and the yard. He was true to his word every step of the way. This might be my first review ever where I simply don't have anything bad to say. The roof is beautiful, we got it at the lowest price, and we are thrilled!

Mike and his crew were amazing! They fixed all my roof problems. They gave me a brand new roof, ensured all my vents, skylight, fascia, chimney, etc. we’re taken care of expertly. They went over and above expectations. He was very responsive to all questions and requests.
